Gym or home?
i have a machine basicalyy bike, dumbells, chin bar .. at home .... I am confused about time I go to the gym or not. I have to use soo bench press going to buy a bank that is £ lyk 30 or I go to the gym? if you want to lose weight at home and in the chest and belly fat is gone ... I can do at home???
Yah do it at home. You can get the same results at home that you can get in the gym. Just bought a very good workout, such as DVD's Billy Blanks Taebo. I do 2 hours a day. I have no way of going to the gym because I'm only 15 and my mom will not pay for it. so yah. Gay gyms.
