Meal plans to diet to lose weight fast?

Im 24 5F6 and 14 stone (I got about 4 stone when I was pregnant and havnt been able to lose it) I'm pretty well eat lots of fruits and vegetables, but I just need a meal plan diet or a rough guide to what I / Shouldn't eat to lose weight. I lose about 5 pounds a week. I have an exercise bike at home and go swimming once a week, but I can not go to the gym a lot like I have no one to look after the child. If someone can give me some help on what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner to lose weight, id appreciate your help;) x

5 pounds per week is a lot to lose. It can be done, but it's very healthy. It would require a starvation diet and exercise - two things not go well together. A healthy goal is to 1-2 pounds per week. It's not what I wanted to hear, I know, but it is healthier. Think of it this way, the "average" person burns about 14,000 calories per week. That's about 4 pounds worth of calories. So to lose 5 pounds a week, you'd have to eat anything and burn about 2500 calories per day - Or about 500 calories more than the average person per day. It would simply be setting yourself up for discouragement, frustration, and possibly a trip to the hospital. September their daily calorie goal of 1300-1500 calories per day. This gives your body the energy it needs to function and you can still translate to 1-2 pounds per week. Since they are already eating heavy on fruits and vegetables, I would recommend watching out for refined sugars and grains. Shoot for 5-6 meals to about 250 calories each. As for exercise, stretch for 5 minutes or so, making sure you get all muscle groups. Then do some abdominal exercises, lizards, knee bends, etc.. Then hop on that exercise bike for 30 minutes or more. Be sure to get your heart pumping. The more you ride, more calories you burn - and the later burned. In addition, walking is good. On sunny days, putting a child in a car and go for a nice long walk. Normally, walking burns about 100 calories per mile, but you can add a few calories to the amount of burning if you're pushing something. Also, be achieved the child was a bit of fresh air.
