The exercise to get in better health?

I'm almost sitting at 200 pounds, I do exercise to get this weight, as my arthritis is getting worse in the back, I wanted to know what you thought .... 1. should consult a physician before beginning any exercise (even if the whole exercise from home .... Such as walking, cycling, weight training, exercise video tapes)? 2. What kind of exercises should I do? I I have access to a gym, which should make these at home. 3. What am I looking like the loss of pounds (how many kilos I lost a week) 4. Do you think you can a big woman to get in shape and in time, in fact seems to have lost much weight??? At this time, just do a little exercise (in addition foot), because they are tired so quickly. My arms and legs begin to tingle, I have a headache easier, heart rate is above normal. I did not realize how big it was until I looked in a mirror. Do you think the mirror adds pounds to your look?

I'm in that same weight and I'm working to change my situation. I talk to your doctor given its arthritis and tingling and headaches. I joined curves, three months ago and have lost almost 3% of my body fat. If you can not get to a place like the curves just walk. Gradually increase your distance as it becomes easier for you.
