home gym (eg, Bowflex) for small space?

have a 10'9 "X 12" big, and will be a work room. already have a treadmill, bicycle work, and work outside the station. would like to have a home gym and Bowflex ... Which should I choose???? I saw one on TV that says that u can fold when not use it?? thanks! work outside the station is 4 "by 3" by 7 ", is to push up, pull up, etc. .. is for my husband, but I want a home gym for me to do some weight exercise life. I want, like many exercises as possible in a home gym

I bought a Bowflex for some time. As most home gyms, you can not get so a good muscle building workout as you can with free weights. That said, it was a good piece of equipment for a small space and can do lots of exercises if you buy the necessary features.
