total gym exercise routines
I'm 13 and I have a perfect workout .. Routine Help?

I play football. I need to get stronger. I workout, but I'd rather have a routine. I'm 5 '7 "and weight 145. I bench only 90. I have a bench press and a total gym. I also have a bicycle static. Any advice? I get a lot of ups and squats advice. I know that helps. I need more weight exercises. but thanks to those who have helped all ready. maintain the good advice coming

1) Training I Run Bout 4 kilometers a day, but 4 beginners I would recommend that Run 2 U miles a day and if U Can not Get Out The House or Just Do not Want 2 running in place, Jumpin Jack & Jump Rope Even If U Do not Have a (imaginary). I also recommend that U Do some push-ups or If U Can not Do not Start the Girl with Push-ups (no offense and nothing is wrong with that). Also I do crunches every day Before I Go 2 bed (perhaps in 30-50) and U will see improvements in the stomach and tone early. 2) Eatin right about what UU Should Eat Cut Out red meat (such as hamburgers, steaks, beef Fair 2 In brief), fatty foods, sugar, bread and things like that. But some fat Is Good 4 U & U Need It 2 Stay healthy Enegized and not become Nobody likes A Health Freak. U Should too much to drink more water than before or even made U do if U Want is the best U Can not Get results & If U Want food diet or fish sandwiches, grilled chicken or baked good (never fried), 4 Snacks Fruit & Nuts and so on which is good. 3) only those tips that I think U should know: Stay Focused and do not let anyone take U Off Your Game: Do Not Eat 2 hours Prier 2 while U Go 2 bed (especially red meat) For Your Time 4 U Need Food 2 Compilation: Also Try 2 Do Somethin U Like That usually causes If U Do Somethin & 2 Want U Do & Just Do It Cause U Doin 'It Really U Want 2 lose weight may not go with him to address 2 Get Into Somethin That U & Movin still active: Remember 2 Never starve Same because finally, when U Get To Where U Want to Be 2 In the weight will just Start Comin On In Like a week as soon as U & Eat fatty Somethin If U Feel Like It Gets 2 hard, as I said not Nobody Tell me that U Will not Get U lose weight or 2 Where U Want 2 Be When U Get Up & Tone that Six Pack or Flat Belly'll Be Laughin They Somethin Face.Also enjoy the good in every month or only 2 Stay Sane So do not get tired of Eatin Healthy & Want 2 Give Up But Do not Get Carried Away & Start Gettin To treat every week or something to remember before about 2 U Smash Your Favorite foods or Yourself Say Somethin 2 come so far and I am planning 2 Do So & So and I'm never Goin 2 Get Anwhere Eatin As This.So be easy since "Ya Man's The King"
