Iam 16 and iam a member of Bally Total Fitness but I hate going to the gym i dont know if it laziness?

My boyfriend us made a gym so we could get relief from our stress and have fun.Honestly do not know why I like going to the gym! I do not know if theres any advice, so could actually like going! please help I would really appreciate it! also How can I stay out of carbohydrates and how I can lose weight a little faster because I would appreciate any single answer =]

Make that go together? That could help if they are not. But, honestly, if you want lose weight, you need to exercise, but you have to do in the gym. You can do this in your living room.
