Should I buy a pilates machine or all of a gym?
I have a lot of weight through miscarriage. I've been looking at both of these products and they seem quite similar to me. Does anyone know which one really works best and what is best for the money? I'm not trying to go over $ 400
The Pilates machines that are outside the market are not the same quality you would find in studies of Pilates. You can do Pilates, and very well with a DVD well, that's great advice. So many good ones out there. The total fitness is worth the money. Easy to use, and is as difficult as you want , can start out in the beginner level and work upwards. Remember when you use, you will work all muscle groups, so you have to do every two days. Perhaps a dvd cardio or take a walk on the other days would be what you need. I love you. We had one in a gym that I worked at a station ski, and we train our clients with him. It is a challenge, a challenge and is what we all need. Go for it! Remember to start out easy and work your way shortly little to the more exercises!
