Am I going to get anywhere with this sport?

First, I am 15, 5'5, a little chubby and practice sheet some sports so im not a total exercise wreck.Every other day i go to the gym, I start with 5 minutes to heat cycling. I do biceps, triceps, deltoids chest and back after 3 sets of type each.it goes like this. (LBS / REP) (I do it continuously without interruption, except when I get to the bottom of my list.rest about 2 minutes) Curl - 20 / 8, 15/10, 10/12 Triceps dip machine - 90 / 8, 75/10, 60/12 Shoulders (chickenwing elbow movement = 90 degrees) - 75 / 8, 60/10, 45/12 fly sitting on your chest - 135 / 8, 120/10, 105/12 machine back down - 70 / 8, 60/10, 50/12 and I get to swim in a week, so theres my of cardio. Is it too much / little? Am I exaggerating some weights? would have to keep your muscles and burn so that the training is effective? Feedback is welcome! by please and thank you all who also add 5 pounds every 2 weeks. as weight gain
