Does the Total Gym XLS really work?
Can someone who has actually used this computer to tell me if it works or not? I knows he has a money back guarantee, but I will not waste my time on something if it's worth it. Please answer from personal experience. Thanks 
YES! The XLS Total Gym works. I've been using for two months, and I love it. Force who have been able to maintain weight and build. I felt stronger after a few weeks, and able to increase the slope (which increases the resistance of the weight) 2 levels for some exercises. I have not struggled too well. I've done mainly workouts training circuit that includes the Total Gym. In my experience, the XLS Total Gym is the best for toning and above all the ability, not necessarily of the building body like Arnold Schwarzenegger. Maybe I can, I'm more interested in overall fitness and toning. I completed 6 first exercised the Pilates program, and felt I had finally worked back in the right direction. I did exercises that resulted in the muscles still sore the next day, but even about giving my any discouragement. It was tolerable, and I had range of motion and strength during the period of pain, which was no more than two days. I recommend the XLS Total Gym for toning, and general condition of my experience. What ever you decide to get, just follow through.
